hi

Since a few time I am confused on what it is necessary to unlock the android SPD Chinese. I would like to know;
1- Which of the androids can unlocked by ADB ? the MTK or SPD
2- A lot of SPD android are unlocked by the formatting with volcano but of other no. What solution is used for those the today
3- About flash what box can succed it today, and where collect pac file
