SPD Google account Problem ! [Answered]

Hello Friends.
First of all Happy Eid to all Friends , GSMhosting members and staff!

Second, I just get a phone locked with Google account (too many attempts)

The phone enters the recovery menu but i cannot move the highlight to delete userdata or cache (volume buttons works well)

Tried via Volcano Box but no success >>

I already searched the forum and did exactly as said in all posts but i cannot get it to work.

I believe that the boot key is the menu button !
This is the photo when i press menu key and insert usb:

and this is a photo when phone fully turned on and connected to PC:

Photo from Volcano

Photo for the phone:

Please any one can help with this ???

Guide me if there is something wrong with drivers .. I am working on Windows 8.1 and tried on Windows 7 but the same .

Thanx in Advance!

Fine...
There are lot of mistakes I found.

1 From the device manager, it is sprd u2s diag, but it should be SCI u2s.

Uninstall previous drivers by DC uninstaller, and install fresh new one.

2 From volcano, boot selection ok, but u forgot to untick auto detect pinout.

3 U cant move in recovery menu. I think vol - button is not working, so check it first.

4 For android, better u use Android tool.

5 For smooth mobile operations in computer Windows 7 32 bit is best.

6 Boot key varies from phone to phone. It may be following.

Vol -
Vol +
(Vol -) + (Vol +)
Home key

Try it.
If not solve post ur TV id and password, will check it.
