Spd sc6820 factory file read problem with new version - GSM-Forum

Hi Guys
after format spd 6820 hang on logo , so try to read the same model factory file with volcano 2.9.4 but it's read the files (files in .file format not .img format some important files like system file so am not able to edit the file with .img file editor )

why am edit the system file ?
while try to flash the pac file using the research downloader it's give the error system size error so i want the remove the apps in system file but .file format not open in editor so please guide me supporters and coders am waiting

More than 150+ views . but no one ready to attention even PS an PM too ? why ?
also am contacting via messenger and sonork and skype but no one ready to answer correctly ,
first note this one am not request the file only , i report which factory files read from volcano it's not working correctly ....
am waiting for answer from team but no one response ..

Yes am not experienced and don't have knowledge in China Phones ...

But if i spend time of-course yes finished (not only me all members have stuff to solve their problems if they try the best )
Yes The Adb commend which push the backup.tar and read the factory format file solve the problem ... please fix the problem in next update mr.laxmi kamlesh

you can't edit. these are not normal files.
please do read info and post log here or come to my skype

Hi,

actually Factory File Read Don't Work On Mostly [Micron] MT29C4G48MAZAPAKD Nand Memeri Based Mobile.

Also Read .bin File Will Not Solve Your Problem.

I Will Collect Some Sample And test.
