SPD 6531 password problem

Hi,
I have received iphone 4 Chinese, so it has phone lock I read flash then format and phone died, now when I write backup back to phone it has password, please help me how to remove it's password it has two 16 MB flash IC

I have already tried that but not succeeded. It is Chinese iPhone and password length is 4 digit
