hello support
i have a jxd tab 7" to reset gmail a/c
how to proceed please?? im new with volcano

@ khem ..

Brother ....
Most of the Tab already have usb Debug enable or rooted..
So first you do connect usb tab & see device manager ...
If ADB interface connected ...
Run Volcano Android Tool go to Adb mode ..if not rooted ..
Do root & Reset Gmail or Wipe all ...

my tab is a jxd 7'' which driver shud i install, when i insert usb its show need driver??

Without know whAt drivers it need we can not help you

can i check with volcano which chip inside??
i means i use ca101 usb and my tab need driver
