Which chip inside your Phone ..?
If you unlock your phone using ADB Mode ..
You Must Need to Root First your Devise .. !!

cheek your device maneger show android phone or not? if show then usb debuggers of your phone is on. so you can root your phone.

HELLO THERE,
TRY TO ROOT IN IN ADB MODE,

GOTO ANDROID TAB(LEFT SIDE OF THE VOLCANO UTILITY)
CLICK ON ADB MODE
SELECT ADB ROOT
THEN SELECT PROPER CPU,IF NOT KNOW,TRY WITH MTK THEN SPD.
FINALLY CLICK START....
AND POST RESULT.
