unable to instal cdc dirvers

i have qmobile A110 android phone. it is required to repair imei but when i tried to with new method it asked for cdc serial driver. i tried to find these drivers in every location but failed to find these any where.

i have installed these drivers manually...

MTK Android Driver3.0.0.005

MTK Universal Drivers

help please how to solve this problem

if u use window xp services pack 2 then update on sp3 problem will solved

using already service pack 3 brother.........

thanks cdc drivers are installed but other dirvers not still installed
