Urgent help please

I have been using this PC to work phones until recently. When I connect samsung, tecno, oppson and cloned andriod devices to my PC with a USB, the phone will not show up in device manager, when it manages to show, it immediately disconnect when the phone's screen shows the charging icon. Due to this, I can't work with my volcano box.

Please help!!!

Thanks for your concern!

I think if it is drivers problem, it should show the device under Device Manager with the usual yellow icon indicating drivers problem. But nothing is showing under Device Manager. The PC wouldn't even make the normal connectivity sound. I f one connects a phone without installing the phone's drivers, it should at least show up in Device Manager as an "Unknown Device", isn't it?

I even tried to connect the phones to another PC, but the result was the same.

I need help Bro... Aidez Moi!

I am quite new with volcano, but I have used it to work some phones successfully before.
