Vcc null and unable detect rx/tx in my new volcano

Hello Volcano Box Team.

I can't connect phones in this box because VolcanoTool show this log:

Detection initiated, connect the phone and power on it...
Vcc: null
Gnd: 1 16 21 24
>>Analyzing Rx and Tx..
Analyzing Rx and Tx...
Some mobile phone must have VCC or GND pins set in order to detect pinouts. Detection requires a longer period of time, please be patient...
Failed to detect.
>>Pinouts are not fonud!

Not work with any phone, and Vcc is null.

My box is new and I find many post with same problem and can't solve this!

I already install all drivers

since grnd pins are detected, your box am sure is working.
..learn to play with your box, experience will teach you what you dont expected.
..here are some tips...
..use detect to automatic detect pin out...and possibly processor used.
..reading info in mstar tab can help you detect what cpu inside the unit.
..most phone specially with spd cpu need to press boot key before it can detect by software.
..when using board rx\tx for detection, some phone may detect quickly when there is usb cable connected in usb charging port.
..some spd phone can be detected quickly by pressing boot key then quickly insert battery after clicking detect phone.
