I have discovered a solution problem volkano now I connected the battery instead of cable.
a box can boot the mobile now.The problem was in the positive terminal of the cable.

My problem is that my box with its own battery cables will not connect to any mobile..

azam bhai, mera volcano bhi problum kar raha hai, koi bhi set detect nai karta,
mere pass apka number tha, but maine socha aap buzy na ho, plz yar kuchh help karo na bhai

i think this problem not from volcano box but the cables is bad, try chaging the cable
