I think if every thing is ok in system self check menu then there is noob problem i am also noob and trying to detect different connected phones from past three days but unfortunately no luck. I am still reading user manual and i think detecting the phone with volcano box is the most complicated thing , please make its interface easy in next update ? and for now please give me some suggestions how to detect any connected devices ?.

logs always appear like this when ever i tried to detect any phone.. the logs below appear while detecting Qmobile A600

USB devices.
Detecting D+ and D-...
Vcc: null
Gnd: null
Detection initiated...
User stop
For many phones, charge pins need to be set in order to identify USB devices.

Failed to detect.
Available Ports:COM25
Detection initiated, connect the phone and power on it...

Analyzing Rx and Tx...
Some mobile phone must have VCC or GND pins set in order to detect pinouts. Detection requires a longer period of time, please be patient...
Failed to detect.
Pinouts are not fonud!

i think 99% problem of this topic they don't know how to use a volcano box to detect phone with newer cpu need few method
1.try auto detect
2.custom detect
3.usb mode
4.many phones need vcc and gnd both to get pinout
4.some mtk new cpu need usb to get connection
5.some mtk need boot key to detect phone
6.some spd android dont detect u need to use android tools
7.need to install driver for phone properly for usb mode
8.p-07a and p-05b both are common ca101 port but to clip are different try one by one get boot pin
9.try to select boot file then read info
10.try rx,tx

everybody know volcano is the world best tools that can detect phone so fast its true newer user got confused to operate i also faced same
