i know this but why to reconnect when box is in working and then connection failed.is there any problem in my box

Ther Lot of Issues You Can Find It .. First Check Drivers >> 2nd Check Registry >> 3rd USB to Serial Cable Connected Your Box Chang and Check >> 4th Box USB Port
