Hi Sir,Team,

Greetings !

I have Volcano Box long time a go and didn't use since it bought.

Now i require to use the box but Merapi say Invalid device number and Inferno says activation expire.

kindly advice for above, i hope there is trial period will be there to understand then can be buy for the same.

Please understand the query as below

Merapi say invalid device number means the box already connecting to the server as below

Your Inferno activation has now expired kindly contact the re seller for renewal

Please here i repeat that, i have not used even one time since i bought the box kindly do the needful

Hello,
you have 2 different problems. let's talk one by one.. 1st we talk about

Inferno Activation expired. We gave one month FREE for all volcanobox users, so it's not possible that you or someone else not used Inferno software on volcanobox even once. 100% someone used or run it onces. give me your serial number from inferno software so i can give you exact dates when it was used.

Volcanobox software error Invalid. for this please read this thread and write there complete error what you are getting on Volcanobox software.

additionally Merapi software is FREE for you. you can download and use it.

if you need any more assistance please let us know we will happy to guide you.

Inferno:
your inferno giving error 1005 which means your inferno is USED & Expired
here is DATE of 1st time usage & expired.
1st time run date. 2017-08-21
expired date. 2017-12-31
So you have to buy new activation. Advice you to buy now as tomorrow promotion will be end. right now you can buy 2 year activation in just 49 USD.

Merapi: Invalid Device Number is error cause of you are trying to use someone else ID and PASSWORD. so here is your actual Id and Password. username: shreenath01

This is prove of volcano is the best in world for support area.

before your reply i have did from modified information before your reply due to avoid used by some one else.

Now the error is User name and password error while i m entering modified or old id pass

Kindly advice and sorry for the above

Now when i enter the old ID pass word say The times of enter the wrong password more than 5 times. try again after three hours
