volcano box no vcc and gnd at dr26 port

volcano box is not giving any voltage at the power leads of the main cable
so it does not detect any pins for all mobiles..
can u please help me.

it says vcc.... null
gnd.... null
rx and tx take too long

1: make sure r u using latest version box driver 1.7.0 or change usb port

2: go to system and do system recovery



3: put 9 volt charger in box back side

if problem not solved this post system recovery screen shot

try can your volcano main cable
and also check how much out put voltage came from box?

main cable is ok....
tested with dragon, if i test voltage across leads it is 0v

i think this is usb port problem change usb post or try in another PC

i opened box and could this be the problem????
there is a similar chip exactly behind this one i mean on the other side of the board its labeled P74, BCP69

recovery is ok
i also tried to short some some wires of the main cable and it is shown on the screen as this..
if i remove the short circuit the green hilight goes away and if place it back the green comes again.
Does this clearly show it is only power problem???? please see my reply to sweet4hamza

if u wanna repair your box, make sure u have good skill on electron.

all clue just trick on repairing that box!

u can ask for help ( repair services )to Volcano box Reseller

then let the technician check your box...if possible can repaired is lucky for u.

and if cant u must buy the new one because your box has out of warranty
