Seems you are using wrong setup
box and dongle have different setup
please check and try again

after download run sw i have same result i think its a drivers problems

after download VolcanoUtility_v3.1.0_Volcano Module then extract Yellowstone inside and run its says "Volcano box not found...."

check box drivers
also check box have a button that should not pressed inside

button was pressed inside i press again to release but not release then remove screws then press and it release now box connect
