Please help me one of my volcano box suddenly not work,it show volcano box not found try again ,I cheek red botton ,driver ,window another system not work and the box driver install perfect

The same happend to me after running 2.6.7 version. Now it says volcano box not found Please connect box and run software again.Now the box does not open even with erlier versions, I already checked red buttom and drivers, in fact I have two boxes, the other is working perfect

I have change system but still the same

you have to check your self what things are gone wrong.....
if you check every thing then please check them again and make sure every thing is correct

i think is hardware fault because my second volcano is woking

I did nothing, the box just stopped working, now I installed it in another laptop and when I open the software it says.. upgrading and sytem file loading, please wait and software opens perfectly thought it says

now when I try to open version 2.6.7 it says access violation and software opens with a lot of symbols (???).

What can I do, I bought my box to gsmserver.com and it worked fine till version 2.6.2.
