Volcano box not detect any spd phone

My volcano box not detect any spd phone. But MTK, MSTER, RDA detect. I use windows xp(sp3). But in same computer all spd phone detect in gpg dragon box. Pls help.

Use Volcano V 2.7.2 for SPD like Format, flash etc
