Volcano box not found

I face this problem from today
I search this problem on net and find this link

But still same
Anyone help me through team viewer

bro just go to control panel / go to add remove/ remove volcano setup from there and go to c drive and delate volcano folder from there and restart system and then reinstal volcano setup and see

i also faced this problem today. i unpluged and pluged back box for 5 to 6 times then it worked. please check that what is this issue. using latest version by team.
