After format or Flash you have to press & hold power button for at least 1.30 mins.
Note for win7 users :
Start your Win 7 64bit with F8 key and choose 'Disable Driver Signature Enforcement'.
After that the spd drivers will have the ability to be loaded.
Detecting rx and tx...
Vcc: null
Gnd: 5
Detection initiated, connect the phone and power on it...
MT6250/6252, RX: 17, TX: 21
Detection completed with 3.48 seconds!
Setting pinouts...
Pinout setting complete.
Connection failed,connect again!
Connecting...
Equipment not connected,unconnected state
INVALID LICENSE DATA.THE OPERATION CANNOT BE RUNNING.

after replug box was ok but after some time same problem

reconect box cable close software than conect box cable open software

reinstall window , will solve you problem
if still problem then
post screenshot with it

Boss give a solution without formatiing it I have so software collectoin its goes three days to collect it

Reinstall ur Operating System and install good driver For volcano Ur Problem will solve ...I have faced this problem and solved by reinstalling OS

i had faced the same problem
i did it by reinstalling windows and i am using quick heal anti virus
its been 6 months there is no problem

make fst without reinstall
