Volcano box Problem My 2 Pc Always on/off when i use to format the china or clone unit.

Only volcano installed in my 2 pc. Dragon box not instlled because many user answer conflic iin driver

so i try to re-Format my 2 pc. No luck same problem auto off/on when i used this volcano box

please help me to fix my problem
