Device should be connected with pc when you are using Volcano software .

when volcano software running do you run anything else like nokia,samsung flash ?

or this error come in only rx tx methud ? its not come when you do with usb ?

my box problem has been solved its os problem, I tried in win XP box perfectly working thanks for all members those has been guide me..........
