crashing in windows 7 64bit its make auto shut off my laptop

Hello I have problem with my volcano box since I have bought it does not work on any phone, when I connect a phone it puts pine faild not detect, I have everything I do 'not do it pls help me, my system is windows 7 32 bit pls help me!
