i just install my pc to windows 7 64 bit. now i test phone with spd chipset normal phone only want to test. i read get some error like this

After format or Flash you have to press & hold power button for at least 1.30 mins.
Note for win7 users :
Start your Win 7 64bit with F8 key and choose 'Disable Driver Signature Enforcement'.
After that the spd drivers will have the ability to be loaded.
Available Ports:COM1 COM3 COM4 COM5
Detection initiated...
Vcc: null
Gnd: null
Analyzing D+ and D-...
D+ = 3, D- = 2
Analyzing USB device, please wait...
Found [SPD] USB device: SCI USB2Serial,(VID_1782&PID_4D00)
Setting...
Set the Pinouts failed,please reconnect and try again!

am not understand maybe spd driver not installed correctly.

driver problem . . .

uninstall...and re-install correct drivers.

what above mean disable driver signature enforcement how to do that. maybe this make error. how to choose 'Disable Driver Signature Enforcement'.

ps this phone i test working in xp 3 not android phone spd 6531 read format flash ok.
