set was screen lock. After format white screen. When i tri to write backup its erase the flash and set is dead now.

I have tried on Boot 10, Boot 12, Boot 13, Boot 14. But result is same. It not start to write backup. Always fail. Please help me to solve this problem.

try to write flash with usb method instead of rx tx method ...........

volcano can not find usb pinout or With original iphone cable can not detect the phone. It has not boot key. So i can not try to usb method.
