volcano does not detect phone

hi..
my volcano soft was working fine but after a virus scan it stopped working
i reinstalled yellow stone and volcano utility 3.0.9 in c but it can't detect phone it detects and turns on the phone instead of giving info
here is screen shot

but i have volcano 2.9.9 installed in drive e and its working fine

Hello.disconnect your volcano box--->re extract volcano box 3.0.9 setup to YELLOWSTONE folder and run again.check and post result.thx

at boot 16 its working but after boot program force closes and why other boot options are not working like i post a screen shot on a older version its working fine

copy version 2.9.9 to your disk-drive where want (drive C then extract version 3.0.9 inside then run volcano.

i did copy 2.9.9 to c yellow stone and ran tool it opened showed me version 3.0.9 and worked then extracted 3.0.9 to c yellow stone and again its not working..

Kindly Re-download latest version of volcano box 3.0.9 and re-extract it.

re downloaded 3.0.9 again and extracted it but still same problem..

Hello.1st thing look like new 3.0.9 setup is not in your antivirus Exclusions list.so plz make sure did u put it in Exclusions list.2 nd thing disable your antivirus er extract and try

Hello check drivers and select last boot for android phones or try on android tool.

drivers are ok reinstalled everything last boot option is working android tool is working but no other boot is working and that's the problem

Why you need other boots to be work ,do your job on last boot ,thats,all.
