VolcanoBox & Inferno software Error & Solutions.

VolcanoBox & Merapi Tool Errors & Solutions
- Problem: I forget Merapi Password
  - Solution: Write here your serial number from Merapi software. our staff will reset your password and will reply you with your new password
- Problem: Invalid Username or Password at Merapi Software
  - Solutions: Write here your serial number from Merapi software. our staff will reset your password and will reply you with your new password
- Problem: volcano box cannot connect to server check whether the network is available or use a proxy server
  - Solution: You are using Old version of VolcanoBox software. you have to download latest version from support area and use it. Link of Support Area Index of ./VolcanoBox/
- Problem: BOX_XXXXX INVALID DEVICE INFORMATION. ERROR:769
  - Solutions: You have to post here complete error in this thread include BOX_XXXXX ID. and wait. Our Staff will solve it and reply you.
- Problem: INVALID LICENCE DATA(4)
  - Solution: Download This *.Bat file and Run it. Restart your computer and it will solve.
- Problem: I forget Username & Password of Merapi
  - Solution: Post your serial here, our staff will check and reply you.

Inferno Software Errors & Solutions - Best Performance is on Windows 7 & later
- Problem: Inferno Lock code 1002
  - Solution: Make sure you have Latest Inferno software & Internet is connected, Firewall & Antivirus is disabled. Run Inferno software for 2/3 times. it will Automatically unlocked.
- Problem: Inferno Lock Code 1004
  - Solutions: Your key is not activated. make sure stable internet is connected & no firewall block communication between Inferno software and server. Run latest version of inferno and click on Yes. make sure you are using windows 7
- Problem: Inferno Lock Code 1005
  - Solution: Your Inferno Activation is expired. Contact to Authorized Reseller for Activation.. Here is list of All Authorized Reseller http://forum.gsmhosting.com/vbb/f723...-list-2242750/
- Problem: Inferno Lock Code 1006
  - Solution: This error cause of when any one try to Debug/crack/usb share over internet/sniff etc. which is totally forbidden by team but in some cases there might be some other cases as well so. if your inferno is locked by 1006 so Do not delete any files from logfiles from inferno folder (log\logfile)[you must have all old files] . upload them and post here with error lock and screenshot. our staff will check and reply you.
- Problem: Volcano Update Failed Error 002
  - Solutions: Upload all files from log\logfile folder and upload here with screenshot, our staff will check and reply you.
- Problem: Read Volcano Data Failed
  - Solutions: You have to buy Empty/Demo Inferno key. Request us, We will transfer your Volcanobox Activation into new key. We are unable to solve "Read Volcano Data Failed" Remotely. So, You have to take new Inferno Empty/Demo Key in just 10/15 USD (hardware cost)

Volcano Red active merapi

I changed Windows, but the problem did not fix.
Removed the software and reinstalled it
What should I do?

Hello,
your inferno activation on volcanobox serial number 608003707 is expired on 2018-01-08. you have to active your box.
after activation you have to download and run latest ver of inferno software with internet connected.
