still not done sir..do u know how to disable usb drive protection in quickheal antivirus..?

Instead of Deactivating, just EXIT Your ANTIVIRUS
and then do..it will all get flashed.

Open Task Manager, go to "Processes" tab

and END all those process related to QuickHeal.
