Hello. I have a problem with all the inferno soft with my volcano merapi activate. All the soft does not open anymore. They disappear without opening their options. While I used them a can of time. What should I do please. I specify this service please

Change your ISP connection and try again
To Run Inferno one time need Internet connection..
