Volcano-- inferno tool error [ Answered ]

every time i click the mtk or spd exe this error will shown.. after disconnect and reconnect 2 or 3 times then only exe run



mtk exe is ok its working fine

but spd exe always shown this error >> (this mark only)
(note till now i cant format or flash a single phone with spd exe ) ..






how could solve this

already uninstall old exe then install new exe 3 times .. change box cable usb port already

(product managers and supporters please help )

Have you checked SPD drives in device manager ? Or Uninstall and Reinstall Drivers .

2). try to write backup flash file

Sorry Windows XP not support with inferno some function working but we cant give support and solution for xp. use windows 7 32bit for better result
