i buy volcano-merapi pack 1 (39 credit) on 30-1-16 (box sn: 008-042-654) but i unavabile to activate that time , now i back to my shop i check & try to activate it say Lack of Credits , team can you help me for act

You need to buy 10 more credits for Activation. Because
from 1st Feb all activations wil be on 49 usd.
