What should i do for this problem when ever i run Multibrand Tool or any other tab is goes black even i deactivated my Antivirus but still same problem

sir valcano team i heve win 10 64bit in my system''''''''''my problem is valcano drivers is not compatble with win 10..... prolific usb drivers not installed of box...i have tried many times but no benefit plz sir help me thanks......................when i connect box win automatically install drivers and when i open box .........box not found
