today i buy 2 phoes will came latest in market but no one have 6261 chip inside

any one know any model which available in pakistan have 6571 or 6261

My phone Rio Junior
CPU type: MT6571

Totally no response on main cable..
But in USB mode it can only read CPU type but no response in formating or reading flash..
