my box stop working ,,error volcano box not found..

front button is off,,drivers installed,,,

another box working fine at same point

-Reduce com port
-change cable
-reinstall driver

Kindly post here Device Manager Screen Shot with connect box..
Also try with other fresh PC ...
Connect internet & run Volcano 3.0.5 ..

i check on another pc,,,drivers installed correctly box attch with pc correctly,,but software says box not found,,

here is screen shot of device manager

Check Your Box USB Port or Cable

Pc detect the box correctly ,,ask drivers,,other box run fine on same usb cable & port

i open the software with another box,then connect my faulty box connect ok & give serial number etc ,,when i press any butoon like detect it gives invalid licensing data...

I Said Check Box USB Port .. !! Not Pc USB Port
