World's 1st Added MTK Privacy code new method
such as Privacy Code read from Qmobile E770 !!
Added MTK Android judge whether to ROOT /SU super user (ADB mode).
Backup SYSTEM file (requires ROOT permission).
Write SYSTEM file (requires ROOT permission).

Read and write SYSTEM file purpose is to repair some deleted APK files accidentally,

symphony w30 after format phone dead/ take backup but volcano can't write 540 mb flash file
need original sp tool fiash file with scatter
