i send my dongle token to be activated but more than 2 days, i never received any reply from your support..

i bought the key but i cant activate it,,till when i am going to wait to be able to use this dongle?

ATM inferno tool is available for inferno dongle/key users.For VOLCANO box and merapi users we are working on it asap its ready we will release inferno tool also for them.

This error show while you are trying to use inferno tool with out dongle/key or inferno dongle is not plug into pc
