I have windows 8.1 PRO x64 sir and have all kind of qualcomm drivers x86/x64 and tried with all of them, same failed result, since purchased this dongle cant read any TCL devices like OT-5054O/N/W OT5056N/W/O OT-4060A and so many more

did you try to connect other brands? if yes ur phone may be unsupported

if oter brands also not connected then u can try as i said that is win7 64bit

Sir, I have 4 notebooks with diferents windows to work with mobile devices, Windows XP x86, Windows 7 x86, Windows 7 x64 and windows 8.1 x64 and have the same failed results in all of them
