Maybe he's got a boot key problem where the phone is disconnecting. Had 1 in this week. Boot key not working. Hardware problem. Was Hisense U972 volume up key not working. Had to remove frp manually.

Open the device and use TWIZER for short volume key.Tested many times

Reason : Data is encrypted which is not yet able to read or modify by any way.
