When trying to open volcano-inferno-unitool 1.1.9 it is saying soft dog has not been inserted. But SPD and MTK modules are working propery. What could be the problem and solution for this?

Because of you are download and use Unitool for Dongle.Kindly download and use Unitool for Volcano box if you have Volcano box.
