If u dont know what is available already then u should not talk like known person. Auto detect option already available in UNITOOL if got not found loader then u should need to use manual loader or give us report with loader will add it on auto loader list.

Your PC have such kind of SW which block Inferno to Run
Kindly clean them and run Inferno again
Also your PC can be Infected with virus
Please Clean your PC with good antivirus and run inferno again.
