SPD module is release ( will be updated in th ecoming days ) and our new module Data Pro will also be release on next week. We would like to get some feedback from you to understand how we seat in market now. We would like to know if we are your prefered tools for MTK. Please give us as much feedback as possible we can continue to improve and make you guys happy. Thank you for your time for sharing some feedback. Member: 2466934 Status: Offline Thanks Meter: 54 | make available inferno for more than 5 computers... coz m using only 1 computer... n i reinstalled windows 5 times in couple of months.. now getting error volcano has been locked. i've emailed to you to unlock my box but i have no idea how many days i have to wait for unlock. this is really really really annoying. we r shop keepers we have to flash phones all the day, we have to face every customer, we need permanent & stable tool for our work/ thanks |

Member: 983663 Status: Offline Sonork: 100.1623270 Thanks Meter: 551 | So many problems .... 1) Setup file always virus detected (every time need to disable antivirus when use) 2) Always playing with us (sometimes blocking & sometimes unblocking boxes and key) 3) Update not nice every single week (we want big update once in a month or as team decide but not in shorten time. 4) User always needed to send request to use their box (we not using every hour .. when set comes and try operation but already blocked ) 5) Think last past work ... (volcano box - Merapi - inferno etc) just add activation or renew yearly or as team value but launching Hardware (box , key) not nice .. Money waste double. 6) Software make one setup in multi if can (mtk & spd separate not so good case desktop space gone) .............. We don't cry if few brands & few models or few Chips not supported for any operation (we will make request about it with full details) Please don't be angry about this my opinion ... its just my think |
