Question What is that i totally mad [ANSWERED]


Today one of my friendly customer have that phone which phone firmware i need
after read usb full backup my friend phone totally wiped out
i know i can't retrive my friend backup but please in your next update backup means backup not like what i face today

You mean after read full USB factory file your working handset was auto wiped ?
As i know while reading Inferno do not touch any user-data except read it
