Why volcano team refuse to solve this problem

Volcano Box Can not Format,ReadFash and WriteFlash of All(MT6255 CPU)mtk Phone Since Their First work Software,it can only readinfo and user lockcode,and will post it severaly in Update release Section without solution.Why This My Lovely Team?

since i member 2-3 6255 phone till i do yet
for testing we need phones
and 6255 phone not available in market
without phones we can not do any thing

Please Sir i have more than 8 MT6255 Phone in hand,but Gpg Box and Piranha Box Surport this CPU as Well But i Want My BEST VOLCANO BOX to surport it Also.THANKS YOU SIR
