here is how can you do it
(only for spd 6531 phone)
first read info

i read flash file for future work and for backup
(you must also need phone own backup )

Then do format

after format same condition

but no tension bec unique solution is starting now
(if phone is for codes or etc , then may be phone dead , no tension just go next setup )

now i write backup on this phone

after write flash file done ,
just do format

And volcano magic

phone power on working 100%
