X2-06 KG tel Java R.D.A 8851 A Need help......


Hi to all,
I have a X2-06 KG tel Java R.D.A 8851 A with flash problem i flash it but after flash set is o.k with on the problem is its both I.M.E.I are 000000000000 and the message appears as "RF has not been Calibrated, Use default Value".
I want to know that how will be its I.M.E.I repaired and what is the meaning of this above mentioned message.
No network, No signals.
Any solution?
Waiting for reply from all experts.
