Hello friends I have 2 phones Huawei Y511-U30 & Y511-U30 flash done but still user data all is there and the phones problem unfortunately android has stooped etc problems are also there , how can i solve it any idea please? also tried hard reset and still not change!

Hello. .

Do hole erase your phone flash firrst ...
After upgrade/write phone firmwere ..
Before erase mast make backup ..
