go to detect tab

select cpu type ( mstar D+ D-)

connect phone

click detect button and don't hold power button

then click on set pinout

tick after Setting switches to platform

now go back to mtk tab

untick auto pinouts detect

select operation you want (format. read flash. write flash. imei tools)

and click run ( don't touch power button)

try and post result.
