hi wen i flash 9500 mini with research download tool screen turns white.i doubt if its the file,bcoz on the research download tool Lcd configure bar states that "you wil see nothing until the special ps/userlmg file in mainpage is set & selected."how do i set it or select it

i flashed my m-horse 9500 mini with this file-----6820_2.3.5_c913_jhm_e08_v05_130626-E08-130626-4P
after flashing the touch pad doesnt work including the home key and the soft keys

It is not a big problem with this set - it can be solved in next way:
download
1) downlad backup from 1st post, extract archive
2) download from internet "M-horse-9500-mini 6820_2.3.5_c913_jhm_e08_4p_v04_130601.pac"
3) download "UPGRADEDOWNLOAD_R2.9.7006"
prapare
1) enable some restrictions in upgradedownload.ini file:
ShowOtherPage = 1
CanEdit = 1
CanSelect = 1
then save modifications.
2) run download tool, open pac file: "M-horse-9500-mini 6820_2.3.5_c913_jhm_e08_4p_v04_130601.pac"
press settings and find the real files location (where pac file extracted, usually C:\Users\<yourusername>\AppData\Local\Temp\_Downlo adFiles***
, where * are digits (do not close program)
3) copy 3 files "mtd9.boot.img", "mtd10.recovery.img", "mtd11.system.yaffs2.img" from downloaded backup into another place
4) correct 2 files "mtd9.boot.img", "mtd10.recovery.img" sizes acording to
C:\Users\<yourusername>\AppData\Local\Temp\_Downlo adFiles***
boot and recovery (possible with winhex or what U like)
flashing
1) flash with "M-horse-9500-mini 6820_2.3.5_c913_jhm_e08_4p_v04_130601.pac" not modified file
(LCD must show, sounds must be, but touch will not work)
push "stop" button in the downloader, but do not close.
2) in settings main tab replace boot, recovery and system by double klicking on path with your prepared files path.
3) in settings "option" tab check "reset to normal"
4) press "ok" button
press "download/flash" button
5) phone must be off , hold volume down on phone and put usb cable

Model on sticker: M-Horse 9500 mini, PCB: C913_v1.02_PCB(130111)
I've repaired this fcuking set in this way...
