May be Communication Problem Between Box to computer while flashing ... update drivers again and try

card not found!
hello!

i just installed latest version of smartsam box and drivers.

software open fine but in card manager when i do refresh it sees 4 smart cards namely axalto,ftscr2000,ftscr20001 and generic emv smartcard reader.

when i select generic emv smartcard reader it gives me hardware s/n but no card found.

plz help

what is your system OS

reinstall smartcard drivers


try again

it must show generic Smartcard Reader or EMV Smartcard Reader .

if your using windows 7 m8 just ignore the question mark from smartcard.then run as administrator in software.if your using windows xp right click on emv smartcard then browse mxbox card ccid select that one.hope this could help

i am using windows xp

i see generic emv smartcard reader 0 when i refresh
