Unlock SC-03D, SMS CALLOK, But Network Internet still LOCKED - GSM-Forum

I was unlocking SC-03D from DOCOMO Japan, Smartsam say Unlocking successfully. And yes, it's can call and sms. But Networking it's still locked. So Data cannot be used in my device.

Anyone can help me ??

I think is problem to config APN....
If you can call for any operator in your contry, then your phone is unlocked!!! Its SIMPLY..

Find how config APN for specific operator in your country....and problem solved!!!

First I thought it's the APN, same as what you think.
But I found out it's not APN, The SIgnal bar there is R sign, meaning Roaming.
Still I set the APN setting, and not working,.

OK, but it is very strange that is displayed in the signal bar the letter "R" to ROAMING, should appear "H" or "G"...Reset settings and returns to look APN values..

Still Un-Solved, change another Operator the result is the SAME.
Is there anything todo with android version ?? I used Ice Cream Sandwich.

Voice calling not supported on this device u can use 3g internet and text msgs only. Also downgrade ur version to honeycomb first then unlock it. Later u can update it.
