4SE wont work on new version/cant download firmware - GSM-Forum

Hi, I am using 4SE with an old version of the software, and i am unable to download any firmware - it states that it cannot connect to the server.
Unlocking etc works fine.

I have tried downloading the latest version of 4SE but when i attempt to start it, it says that it cannot find the card reader and the software wont even open.

I have now reinstalled the old version so that i can continue with unlocking. But i am unable to download firmware again.

I am using windows 10.

Any help would be appreciated

new software version needs card to be updated.
Update card and will be capable of working with new software

how to do i have 4se gpg dongle and its show in openin "you must enter your license details to unlock......." how to solve ???

Use Card updater software present at 4SE page on:
